New Jerusalem Staff: First Training Workshops for 2015

 

Staff of New Jerusalem Children’s home had their first training session for the year on the 3rd of February 2015. The workshop was conducted by New Jerusalem CEO, Ms. Anna Mojapelo who passionately touched on relevant topics around working at a children’s home, changes to relevant policies affecting the home such as labor relations, laws governing children, and fundamental topic’s of high importance teaching staff how to set, maintain, and achieve goals to allow for New Jerusalem to become an ultra-successful entity.
The workshop was honored with guest speaker Mr. Oliver Majambo who applied his vast experience and knowledge as a teacher and stock broker into his lessons.

The experience was truly lifting for staff members who were very pleased with the outcomes of the program. This feeds back to New Jerusalem’s aim to continuously develop its staff and ensure best possible care and service to its children. The organization plans on running numerous workshops around relevant topics year round and invites interested persons who feel they can contribute significantly to contact us and become guest speakers.
